STARTRADER’s Office Full of Colors
On Thursday, October 5th, of the year 2025, the STARTRADER office looked different: more colorful, more buzzing with energy! Each year, the company demonstrates its commitment to diversity and inclusion by hosting celebrations of various cultures. That day was one of them: we were celebrating Onam.
Food, Laughter, and Joy
For the second consecutive year, the employees, though from different countries, chose glamorous traditional Omani clothes of bright shades to add the happy vibes in the office. From Sari to Mundu, each walked with high spirits that this change of routine brought with it.
Traditional Indian food was shared among the attendees, with some laughing, some trying a spicy taste for the first time (those suffered a bit), and others serving before eating, to awaken more of that sense of togetherness this occasion embodies.
The Deeper Meaning of Onam
Onam is a day on which people can pause, reflect, and express their gratitude:
- gratitude for the harvest that the earth has gifted its people,
- for our family, with whom we can share that harvest,
- for good health that allows us to enjoy that harvest.
The STARTRADER’s harvest was not only the milestones crossed throughout the year of 2025, the last of which was winning the award of the Best Global Forex App of the Year. It was the people:
- those who recently joined to bring new energy to the company
- those who have become integral pillars over time, carrying the values of trust and resilience,
- and those who, no matter where they came from, nurtured a spirit of togetherness that made every achievement possible.
The Biggest Bliss for Every Occasion
The company is well aware of the value of this blessed harvest, not just on Onam or any specific occasion, but rather each and every day. It strives to create an environment culture that encourages sharing, knowledge, and inclusion. This Onam celebration stands as a living testimony on that.
